Samsung Galaxy S, faulty/broken, in packaging with charger, headphones, screen cleaner, car plug in. ?

The phone has slight chipping on the back but is in good nic. When i try and turn it on it just busses but there might be a way to fix it. If you are ringing please ring in the evenings.
