iphone 4 16gb black swap for ipad or offers ? ?

i have a iphone 4 16gb black on VODAFONE very good nick got covers on it and screen protector on it getting rid due to upgrage its on the latest firmware and also jailbroken but i can put it back to factory settings if needed. Comes with the box and assesories which havent been used.
