bought this for the misses a few months back and she has now decided to go back to her iphone 4 or would try a decent android but please no silly phones.. the blackberry comes boxed with everything plus leather pouch and an extra 8gb memory card. not sure if its unlocked but it definately works on 02,giffgaff and tescos and if its not unlocked then shopd charge 10 max to unlock. the phones touchscreen and has a keypad and is very fast with all the bbm and so on.........
